Awesome Crock-Pot Pot Roast

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c red wine
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 5 1/2 pounds pot roast
  • carrots, celery, red potatoes and sweet onion
Directions:
  1. In a slow cooker, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, Worcestershire, wine, broth and water. Put pot roast in crock pot and coat with soup mixture. Add in vegetables.
  2. Cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
  3. Serve with some crusty bread...YUM.

Thanks for the recipe. I've been looking for a good crock pot recipe and this does sound like a good one.
